How many people can come on your tours? 
Our standard tours are based on small groups of people travelling together. A usual group is two or three people, with consideration given to a group of four people in ensuring they will be comfortable in one car together. We will do our best to cater for the preferences of every member of the group, although of course this can become more complicated with larger groups. If a larger vehicle is required for your group this will incur extra cost so please enquire with us so we can confirm your requirements, but it is possible for us to run a tour for up to 6 people in the same vehicle. 
How far in advance do I need to book? 
It is recommended that you book as early as possible for peak times, but normally there should be no problem booking your schedule if we have one month’s notice. Due to the nature of running tours of different lengths, there are also gaps in our tour schedule so please check our availability calendar and of course feel free to enquire about availability at any time. 
Why do I have to pay a non-returnable deposit? 
Your booking dates are not secured until we have received your non-refundable deposit. This is to reserve the time of our tour guide on your specified dates and it is non-refundable because the deposit is to ensure he will not accept other work on days for which he has been booked as your tour guide. In addition to this, we will also require payment in advance for accommodation bookings which are arranged through us. 
Can I make my own hotel booking? 
Of course! We are able to make hotel bookings for you on your behalf, but we are also able to carry out pickups and drop-offs at any hotel in the region. If you are booking your own hotel please let us know the location when you reserve your tour so we can confirm timings with you for hotel pick-ups. 
Why do costs vary for different personalised tours? 
Each tour is different, and a tour cost is based on the requirements we receive. For example, the cost of a tour booking depends on whether visitors require additional time in the day, for example in June when the days are longer, or if the itinerary requires driving visitors back from a location which is further away. Please contact us for a cost based on your personalised requirements.
